- Would not consider calling anyone else. Jafar & his team are very professional, knowledgeable, reliable, responsive and do an excellent job for a reasonable price. They are trustworthy and never feel they are up-selling and I follow their advice. So glad on this occasion followed their advice to replace our 14 year old hot water heater which was on its last leg. On another occasion detected a small gas leak which could have had catastrophic results. During this COVID 19 period masked up & kept distance. - Best Way Heating are my new go-to gas guys. I found Jafar to be honest and fair and his guys are good at their jobs. At first I had Jafar out to to clean and service my fireplaces. Later he extended and split an outside gas line, one to my bbq and the other to a fire table. Yesterday his guys installed a new high efficiency furnace. - Best Way Heating was super honest, and responsive during the heavy snowstorm time that no one would come to my area or even answer my phone calls. They helped over the phone to troubleshoot my furnace with no charge and once they figured our the root of problem, they took the initiative to order the part, pick it up, and come in to my house to replace it. He, Jafar (the owner), was precise with his diagnosis and he is super knowledgeable and he is the best at his job. I highly recommend him to anyone who has a H VAC job. - My thermostat packed it in the morning we were leaving for a trip out of town. I had my mother in law call them to have it fixed. They were able to come out the same day and get our heat back on. - I called them to service my gas fireplace, which hadn't been used in awhile. Moh was personable, very thorough, and efficient. There was a slight problem, which he located and fixed right away. He checked everything for leaks, CO2, and cleaned up afterwards. As for the cost, best deal in town! I was a bit skeptical about all of the great reviews at first 'cause how good could they really be? I can safely say they're totally accurate. They're definitely my go-to now. - We were impressed with the prompt response that we received and the care that was given to ensure we were okay. We were given options about how to proceed as well as advise. Jafar promptly got to Lennox to get the parts we needed at a busy holiday time of year when the office was going to be closed for an extended period because of Christmas. - Jafar from best way heating attended today to replace a faulty gas valve on our furnace. He responded to the call out in under 60 minutes and diagnosed our fault. He had a spare gas valve and he swiftly replaced pours, for a v. reasonable price. My wife and I would not hesitate to use Jafar/Bestwayheating again, or to recommend their services. - We decided to go with Bestway Heating after reading many excellent reviews and after consulting Homestars where we learned that Bestway had rated highest among its competitors. We were not disappointed. Jafar serviced both our furnace and fireplace. He made some minor repairs to the fireplace (irritating problems that had been missed by previous companies) and left it cleaner and shinier than when it was new! Within a half hour of Jafar leaving our home, we discovered an unrelated problem with our hot water tank. Thinking there might be some connection to the furnace servicing (which wasn't the case), we contacted Jafar who actually drove back to our place at 9 in the evening to check out the problem! - From now on, we are only using Best Way Heating service! I have decided to delete my previous reviews of other hvac companies, because I did not know what was true, professional service until now. + Best Way arrived in a clean vehicle, (things inside the vehicle were very organized) , tool box was neat and organized, came in with a cover for our floor and a vacuum in hand! It's these small things that show that they are meticulous with what they do. + arrived on time and remembered the appointment that was made 2-3 weeks ago + was able to explain the issue thoroughly and was considerate about everything he does in regards to our fireplace. He doesn't just brush you off with a half explanation, this guy can go deep into the engineering of things if you need him to be. + In terms of price, Best Way gives you good value for what they do. They don't overcharge you on the items you need for your fireplace (after all, you can always look up the price online). + easy payment! can pay by credit card, immediately. He does a great, detailed break down of the payment in the invoice (emailed to you). Overall, the best way to describe their service is "that was worth it". *note: we have tried other "highly rated" companies and have been overcharged with sloppy work, nonchalance of our issues, give you temporary solutions, but act like your best buddy. - Last year I had Best Way Heating service two fireplaces in my home. The fireplaces functioned perfectly last year. This year, however, when I went to re-light one of the fireplaces for this coming heating season, I noticed a problem related to Best Way's service work. I called Best Way and explained the situation. Quite unbelievably the owner, Jafar Seifi, was at my home in a fully equipped service vehicle within 40 minutes. The issue was corrected quickly and efficiently - at no charge! I think this speaks volumes about the professionalism and responsiveness of the company, and of the character of the owner. - I can’t explain to you properly what wonderful people these guys are. I called them having some issues with our gas fireplace the day after bringing home our newborn and they showed up same day to find and fix the problem switch and didn’t charge me a cent. - We first hired Best Way heating to service our furnace we were very happy with their professional & affordable service. Then our water heater broke down and Jafar came to fix it. The first time the part needed was incorrect we told Jafar who acknowledged the issue with the part, came to our home again took the incorrect part and replaced it with the right one. He didn’t charge us for the first mistake and until the water heater was completely fixed he then asked for payment. Honest, knowledgeable and professional service.
